Do you carry insurance?

How safe are your inflatables?
Fun ‘n Fit Inflatables is a proud member of SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization) and professionally trained in the safe operating procedures of inflatables. Because safety is always our top priority, our equipment was carefully selected only from the most reputable manufacturers, who consistently meet the strictest safety and quality standards.
How often do you clean your inflatables?
Each unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental. But don’t just take our word for it, see what our clients have to say (see Testimonials page).
Do you offer discounts for multiple units or for non-profits?
Definitely! We would be happy to put together a proposal to fit within your budget and needs for your event.
About Reservation/Cancellation
How far in advance should I reserve?
We usually recommend reserving as soon as you’ve determined your event date. This way, we are better able to ensure the availability of your desired inflatable. However, you can also check with us at the last minute, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
How do I make a reservation?
Reserve your inflatable(s) by calling (208) 887-1493, 7 days a week from 8am – 8pm.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit equal to 50% the rental rate is due within 3 days of the reservation in order to guarantee your rental.
When is the remaining balance due and what type of payment do you accept?
The remaining balance and tax (6%) are due upon delivery of equipment and is accepted in the form of cash, check, or debit/credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you cancel at least 14 days prior to your event date. This allows us the opportunity to possibly rent the item to someone else. If, however, you cancel less than 14 days before the event, you will forfeit your deposit. This is necessary because last minute cancellations make it less likely for us to be able to rent the inflatable(s) to others. If cancelling less than 48 hrs. before the reservation date, customer will be responsible for the entire rental amount.
What if we anticipate bad weather?
In the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, winds in excess of 25 mph, or lightning storms), we recommed rescheduling your rental; thus, your deposit will not be forfeited. We also reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to severe weather.
Can I pick up and set up the inflatable myself to save money?
No. Fun ‘n Fit Inflatables takes great pride in the safety and cleanliness of each unit we rent. The only way to guarantee this quality is to do it ourselves. The weight of the units ranges from 200 to 500 pounds. Most require special equipment to move them into position. Besides, we NEVER charge a delivery, set-up, or tear-down fee.
About Delivery & Set-Up Procedure
What do we need to do before you arrive?
Please make sure we have a clear pathway (at least 36 inches wide) to the area where you’d like the inflatable set up. Be sure the area is clear of all debris, including rocks, branches, pet droppings, etc., and turn off the sprinklers while the inflatable is set up. If you have any special circumstances, please discuss them with us when reserving, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What type of surface can the inflatable be set up on? Can it be set up in the driveway?
Inflatables can be set up on most level surfaces, as long as we know in advance, so that we can bring the appropriate equipment with us.
My yard slopes – is that a problem?
A slight slope is not a problem. Steep slopes, however are unacceptable and unsafe for inflatables.
How much room is required for the inflatable?
Please refer to the inflatable dimensions (in the description next to its image) and allow at least 2-3 feet on each side of the unit. Also consider the unit’s height if you have any overhead obstructions (tree branches, wires, etc.).
Do I need electricity?
Yes. A standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the set up area is required. If you’re having the event at a park, please find out if a working power source is available. If not, a generator can be rented at an additional charge.
Can the inflatable be used in the rain?
We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there is severe weather. However, if weather conditions are marginal when we drop off and set up the unit, and it later starts to rain, please do not allow children to use the inflatable while it is raining. It is unsafe to operate the unit during rain, snow, lightning or winds in excess of 25 mph.
If bad weather is imminent, simply have everyone exit the inflatable, turn off the blower, and allow the unit to deflate. To protect the unit from rain, we also recommend that you fold it over once, so the bottom (not the top) will be exposed to the elements. Once the bad weather has passed, the inflatable can be re-inflated by turning on the blower, wiping it down (if it got wet), and resuming the fun.
